South West Personnel has been engaged to assist with the next Membrane filter change-out at the Binningup Desalination Plant, commencing 4th July for an estimated month duration.

You will be working in teams, supervised and instructed on the change-out and working off a platform. The role has high aspects of physical and manual handling, and commitment is required for the full duration.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 12-hour shifts from the 7th of July to the 30th of July 2025 and be available for training on the 4th July 2025.  The Day Shift rate is $46.00/hour flat and Night Shift rate is $51.00/hour flat.

To be considered for this casual work you must:

• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Be available for all required dates listed above – Including the 4th July for training
• Understand safe work practices with the ability to listen and understand work instructions
• Be capable for manual handling activities with the ability to work in a physical capacity
• Have the ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen prior to commencing
• Construction Safety Awareness White Card – advantageous
• High Risk Licence: EWP & Forklift – advantageous
