Turn the clock back to 1991 and the first recruitment company in the South West opened its doors. That company was South West Personnel, founded by local businesswoman Esi Garcia.

Beginning with a team of only two staff, we went on to transform the way local business and employees came together.

Today, we may look different – with a team of 20 and larger premises – but our vision remains the same. That is, to provide a human resource consulting service which meets and exceeds our own expectations and those of our clients and candidates.

This growth and the recent expansion of activities has been possible by the desire of the company directors to operate according to their motto:

While we are the largest and most experienced privately-owned recruitment company in the South West, we are renowned for our personal touch.

We are proud to be a Telstra Small Business Award winner (1996), and we have always played an active role in the local community.

We are an energetic, close-knit team. We are ‘people’ people. The relationships we have built since our inception are incredibly strong, and grow stronger each year.
