South West Personnel (SWP) has been proudly connecting businesses and people across the South West for more than three decades. Founded in 1991 by local businesswoman Esi Garcia, SWP were the first recruitment company established in the region, beginning with a small team of just two staff.
From those beginnings, we have grown alongside the businesses and communities we serve, building strong relationships and helping local organisations connect with the people they need to succeed.
Today, South West Personnel has evolved into a team of 20 operating from larger premises, but our commitment to our clients and candidates remains unchanged. We continue to provide a personalised recruitment and human resource consulting service, with a focus on understanding the unique needs of the people and businesses we work with.
Proudly joining the CGH Group of companies in 2025, we combine our strong local knowledge and long-standing relationships with the expertise and resources of a broader national network.
