Our client has a rare opportunity for a dedicated Receptionist to join their professional team. Being quality assured there is an expectation to ensure an uncompromising standard of excellent client service is maintained.
As the first point of contact for the business we require a Receptionist who is capable of multi-tasking between high phone call volume, foot traffic along with preparing and assisting clients who present to the office for appointments.
The role will commence on a casual basis however the ideal applicants will be job seekers who have preference to work up to a minimum of 3 days per week however on occasion have the flexibility to work increased hours should there be leave coverage or high workload demands.
The successful applicant will be a well presented people person with a positive and flexible approach to work and is easily able to demonstrate the following:
• Strong customer focus and confidence with all personality types
• A friendly team player with professional presentation and phone etiquette
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Ability to direct and screen calls on a busy phone system
• Effective communication skills including listening to ensure the relay of messages both in verbal and written format
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
