South West Personnel are currently seeking a Receptionist to join a multi-award winning home builder and leader in home construction.  The successful applicant will receive on-the-job training, therefore this role provides an excellent ‘foot in the door’ opportunity for candidates who desire and are well suited to a front office, customer service role. 

Typical role responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing client phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner, liaising with other staff if required
  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
  • Monitoring and maintaining the staff kitchen supplies
  • General housekeeping of the office and kitchen facilities 
  • Numerous clerical type duties such as ordering site reports, arranging planning/building permits, set up of job files, data entry

  • Excellent time management skills and well presented with a cheerful and helpful disposition
  • A friendly, confident communicator and a proactive team player
  • Demonstrates a client focused approach
  • High attention to detail and vigilant attitude to accuracy
  • Open to learning and able to quickly and enthusiastically grasp training provided
