South West Personnel are currently seeking a Receptionist to join a multi-award winning home builder and leader in home construction. The successful applicant will receive on-the-job training, therefore this role provides an excellent ‘foot in the door’ opportunity for candidates who desire and are well suited to a front office, customer service role.
Typical role responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing client phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner, liaising with other staff if required
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
- Monitoring and maintaining the staff kitchen supplies
- General housekeeping of the office and kitchen facilities
- Numerous clerical type duties such as ordering site reports, arranging planning/building permits, set up of job files, data entry
