Full Job Description:

South West Personnel have an exciting opportunity – partnering with one of our valued clients for qualified Laboratory Technicians.

Working for a reputable employer in the mining industry, this is an opportunity to extend your previous experience or gain experience working within an operational/industrial Laboratory environment.
 
Skills & Experience Required:

• Certificate III or equivalent in Laboratory Practices
• Mining industry experience preferred but not essential
• Strong ability to accurately document laboratory work, observations and results
• Sound technical skills in data interpretation and problem solving
• Proficient computing skills (particularly spreadsheets and word processing)
• Experience conducting experiments, including data collection, analysis and interpretation
• Experience maintaining laboratory equipment
• Experimental design and method development experience highly regarded
• Strong technical report writing and communication skills
