South West Personnel are seeking experienced Trade Assistants and Labourers to support a range of building, construction, manufacturing and mining operations. These roles involve assisting qualified tradespeople across a variety of hands-on, site-based tasks and general labouring works.

You will Need:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, mining or heavy industrial environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn
• Evidenced commitment and reliability along with a behavioural focus to site safety as a priority
• Able to undergo pre-employment medical and D&A screening
• Confident using power tools and mechanical equipment
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence (LF Licence advantageous)
• Working at Heights & Confined Spaces (desirable)
• Dogging & Rigging tickets (desirable)
• Physically capable of working in demanding and high-temperature environments.
