Due to an increased demand for specialised skills amongst Trades and Operators, South West Personnel are currently seeking applicants with experience in any of the following areas:

• Qualified Mechanical Fitters (power generation & fixed plant fitting advantageous)
• Formwork/Civil Carpenters (trade qualified)
• Trades Assistant (mechanical and all-rounders)
• Licenced and experienced Excavator Operator
• Licenced and experienced Skid Steer Operator
• Experienced Fixed Plant Operators
• Construction and all-round general Labourers

Qualifications and Experience:

• Trade certificate, where relevant
• Experience on mobile plant, where relevant
• Construction White Card
• Evidence of tickets and nationally accredited licences to support application
• Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport
• An adaptable and flexible nature
• Willing to undergo pre-screening recruitment checks
• Proof of Australian work rights
