South West Personnel has an exciting opportunity for a Day Services Operator to work locally within the South West of WA.

If you are experienced working within heavy industry or surface mining operations and would like an opportunity to be part of a safe and inclusive team then this opportunity is for you!

You will be responsible for, but not limited to general all-round mine site labouring duties, such as:

• Basic monitoring of the plant to achieve production targets
• Hosing down, basic spillage clean-ups
• Site housekeeping works to maintain a safe work environment
• Routine site inspections
• Standard sample preparation as directed

The work of the role is varied and training on the job will be offered to reliable and enthusiastic candidates.
About you:

• Easily able to demonstrate safe working behaviours by contributing and supporting safe working expectations
• Ability to effectively trouble shoot issues and adapt to changing work conditions effectively
• Physically fit to an outdoors working environment for extended period of times
• Enjoy working within a productive team environment but also able to reliably work autonomously, once trained
