Senior Bookkeeper – Experienced

Our privately owned local client, operating since 1995 has over 30 years’ experience in heavy vehicle manufacturing, servicing, spare parts and repairs, specialising in custom building units to client specific requirements.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity for a permanent part-time professional to assist with high level accounting tasks has become available.  The preferred candidate will be experienced with the following job tasks:

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Extensive end to end Bookkeeping experience
  • All facets of weekly in-house payroll, BAS, PAYG, superannuation along with monthly and annual ATO reporting requirements
  • Easily able to navigate Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Accounting packages such as MYOB, Arrow, Zero or equivalent (on-the-job training provided)
  • Excellent attention to detail with confidence in working autonomously without full time supervision
  • Ability to be accountable for own work output to meet financial deadlines efficiently and accurately
  • Competent all rounder with a good sense of humour
  • Professional and efficient interpersonal skills
