South West Personnel manages all the administration and statutory requirements associated with this service.

For the duration of the assignment, the contractor or temporary worker remains the employee of South West Personnel. All rates and charges incurred in employing the candidate are covered by South West Personnel and invoiced to the client weekly.

As part of the permanent placement process, South West Personnel offers Psychometric Assessments to provide clients with a comprehensive candidate evaluation. These assessments are also available to any business as a separate service, at a fee.

We utilise SHL products for this testing and have accredited personnel to manage associated administration and report writing.
