South West Personnel currently have an immediate start for an experienced Payroll/Accounts Officer based in Central Bunbury.

As a Payroll / Accounts Officer you will be accountable for:

  • processing weekly payroll in MYOB for up to 70 employees (understanding of FIFO rosters / awards would be well regarded)
  • Execute other associated payrolling tasks such as PAYG, Superannuation and Reconciliations
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, process payments/receipts and reconcile accounts
  • Purchase Order processing in relation to the financing service function
  • Other adhoc duties to assist the team will be required as time allows, generally unrelated to finance but of a basic administrative nature

Naturally you will have a high skill level of data entry with attention to detail and accuracy to meet payroll deadlines. 

Experience with intermediate Excel and proficient with the use of other Microsoft Office applications.
