Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Front counter tasks including primary point of contact for daily visitors and callers to the business.
  • Processing, inputting and documenting independent recording of daily production data.
  • Quality Control data entry.
  • Purchase order creation, cost code verification, invoice reconciliation and receipt confirmation of goods/services.
  • Stock control management and internal audit assistance, as required.
  • Scanning, photocopying, binding documents along with accurate and timely updates.

This is a role where attitude to work and learning is as important as technical ability.  The Client will offer a strong training program and opportunity for advancement for best fit candidate.

Your Skills & Attributes:

  • Competent level of computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate numeracy data entry with the ability to proof own work.
  • Ability to prioritise and plan daily/weekly workload.
  • Professional communicator who prioritises customer service teamed with the interpersonal ability to assist between Reception, telephone enquiry or face to face interaction.
  • Demonstrated reliability with a willingness to take direction, be enthusiastic and willing to learning new tasks and able to use initiative to fit in as an integral member of the Administration team.

You will need to hold a valid C Class drivers licence and own reliable transport.
