South West Personnel are currently recruiting for multiple Mining Operators (All-Rounders) to work a continuous shift roster of 12 hour days/nights/weekends, on-hire engagement will commence on a casual basis through South West Personnel.

Current vacancies with immediate starts are available for experienced, ticketed and competent All Rounder Operators :

• Dozer/Grader Operators (CAT D11 and Komatsu 475-5)
• Excavator Operators (Hitachi EX2500 and EX2600 or similar)
• Loader Operators (CAT993K Wheel Loaders or similar)
• Rigid Dump Truck Operators (CAT 785)

To be considered you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role operating a variety of the above equipment within a mining environment, or equivalent
• Willingness and ability to adapt and learn quickly to demonstrate competency through safe work practices and operating procedures
• An understanding of production demands without compromising on safety guarantee
• Be fit and healthy – willing to undertake a pre-employment mining medical and random D&A testing pre-site entry
• Flexibility to attend registration interview and pre-employment medical in Bunbury plus client interview in Boddington, if required

Only candidates meeting the desired experience level and who reside local to Boddington, Mandurah and the Peel region within one hour from the Boddington Mine Site will be considered for this DIDO work.
