1996 Telstra WA Small Business Awards

The management and staff at South West Personnel are always proud of their achievements as a successful business in the South West.  Going through some of our archives we found this blast from the past!

21 years ago South West Personnel was proud to be Regional winners of the 1996 Telstra WA Small Business Awards in the category of Quality Management/Best Practice.  Having won this prestigious accolade, they went on to become State finalists.  Coincidentally, on the day of being advised of this achievement, South West Personnel were given their first accreditation to the ISO Standard at the time for Quality Management.

21 years later South West Personnel continues to operate successfully under the accreditation to ISO 9001 - Quality Management.  Our solid, proven procedures support our mission of recruiting with excellence.

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea

Last week, the team at South West Personnel hosted a Biggest Morning Tea to raise money for the Cancer Council WA. The staff came together and enjoyed a selection of cakes and biscuits, donated money and played games.

We are very proud to say we raised a total of $316.00 for this extremely worthy cause.  We will definitely be taking part again next year for the 4th year in a row!

ANZAC Day

A very proud moment for South West Personnel's Receptionist Taylor Kelly who had the honour of laying a wreath on ANZAC Day in Brunswick on behalf of Brunswick St John Ambulance Sub Centre. She also had the privilege to wear the medals on behalf of her Great Grandfather who fought in WW2. Taylor recently completed an exhaustive training program and is now a fully-fledged Level One Volunteer Ambulance Officer. Great stuff Taylor!
