South West Personnel are currently recruiting for experienced Forklift Operators for work based in Picton. You must be physically fit, flexible with working hours and have a strong focus on safety.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to assist with forklift operations and a variety of general labouring work within the timber plant.
You will contribute to providing preservative treated timber utility poles to be distributed throughout WA’s utility network.

Requirements and Attributes:

• Have solid and recent experience within a warehousing or manufacturing environment
• A valid WA Drivers Licence essential
• A High-Risk Forklift (LF) ticket essential
• Forklift operation experience in the above environment is essential
• Preferably hold a Loader (LL) ticket with relevant operating experience
• Be a quick learner to easily demonstrate competency through structured training, safe work practices and standard operating procedures
• Be fit and healthy – willing to undertake a pre-employment mining medical and random D&A testing
