An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced administration professional to join our well-established team. The successful applicant will possess a strong administrative background.  Ideally the applicant will have managed a small team of people in a service management role and therefore will have the enthusiasm, drive and passion to motivate their team.

To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A strong financial background in a similar role and office environment demonstrating solid experience in bookkeeping, payroll and accounting principles.
  • Assisting the QA Representative with continuous improvement of documentation, processes and procedures to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the business as a whole; therefore, experience in Quality Assurance (ISO 9001:2015) is highly desirable so as to play an active role as part of the Quality Committee.
  • The ability to co-ordinate an experienced administration team who are responsible for weekly high volume pay runs and accounting functionality; you will enjoy mentoring, motivating and training.
  • Advanced level of keyboard skills, particularly working with Excel and a HR Information System integrating single touch payroll functionality.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy plus an ability to work under pressure adhering to tight deadlines with customer service satisfaction at the forefront.
  • Demonstrated success with team planning, organising and forecasting all while engaging a flexible work approach.
  • Commitment to supporting and working collaboratively with a highly focused Sales team.
  • C class driver’s licence and the ability to obtain National Police Clearance.

This is a pivotal hands-on role for a finance professional motivated person who has a genuine interest in ensuring the administration of the business is accurate and efficient. Strong communication skills both written and verbal and confidence to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional manner is critical all while ensuring the commercial interests of the business remain uncompromised.
