South West Personnel have partnered with our Client to recruit for an Administration Assistant.  The casual role would be well suited to an experienced Administrator capable of a variety of administrative support tasks.

You will be accountable for such tasks as:

  • Managing & maintaining expenses, labour hire, site stationary, raising of purchase requisitions, completion of service entry sheets from invoices
  • Completion of monthly reporting requirements
  • Co-ordination of meetings and workshops plus preparation of materials to assist
  • Data input to document management system
  • Manage use of site keys, locks and lockers
  • Accommodation and travel bookings, as requested
  • Manage Outlook calendars
  • Interpret & utilise a range of software programs such as SAP, Power BI, Power Automate, TRAKA and CTM (experience desirable)

Requirements:

  • Availability for commencement mid-Jan 2025
  • Willing to undergo pre-screening recruitment checks and pre-employment medical
  • A current C Class drivers licence
  • Strong computer skills MS Office (Word & Excel), database exposure
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environment
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work
