South West Personnel have partnered with our Client to recruit for an Administration Assistant. The casual role would be well suited to an experienced Administrator capable of a variety of administrative support tasks.
You will be accountable for such tasks as:
- Managing & maintaining expenses, labour hire, site stationary, raising of purchase requisitions, completion of service entry sheets from invoices
- Completion of monthly reporting requirements
- Co-ordination of meetings and workshops plus preparation of materials to assist
- Data input to document management system
- Manage use of site keys, locks and lockers
- Accommodation and travel bookings, as requested
- Manage Outlook calendars
- Interpret & utilise a range of software programs such as SAP, Power BI, Power Automate, TRAKA and CTM (experience desirable)
Requirements:
- Availability for commencement mid-Jan 2025
- Willing to undergo pre-screening recruitment checks and pre-employment medical
- A current C Class drivers licence
- Strong computer skills MS Office (Word & Excel), database exposure
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environment
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work
