South West Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to work locally with one of WA’s largest producers of soils.
To be considered for this work you will have a high level of attention to detail backed by a solid finance / administrative background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing daily delivery dockets and run sheets
- Check and close open orders
- Liaise with Schedule in relation or order discrepancies
- Manage trade references for customers
- Process and record cash sales transactions
- Process incoming payments, deposits and receipts
- Create and send customer invoicing
- Customer account management
- Accounts receivable reconciliation and month end closure
- Customer enquiry responses including walk-in sales or payments
- Monitoring phone calls and accurate record keeping
- Preparation and annual audit assistance, as required
- Oversee stock management in yard, waste collection and inventory management
About You:
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- Strong knowledge and experience around invoice and accounts receivable processing
- Be competent and familiar with the intermediate use of Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel
- Be particular with detail to ensure accuracy with the ability to cross check data and identify data anomalies
- Hold a C Class drivers licence with own reliable transport
