- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Receptionist (dedicated)
- Finance Officer
- Office Management
- Payroll Officer
- Bookkeeper
- Office Administration / Junior / Senior / PA / All-rounder
- Mine Site Administrator
- Customer Service / Business Support
Skills & Experience:
- Strong computer skills MS Office (Word & Excel)
- MYOB, Xero or other accounting package would be advantageous
- Experience in procurement, vendor management or administration
- Familiarity with COUPA, SAP or similar system, advantageous
- High level of speed, accuracy and attention to detail (data entry, typing)
- Well presented with excellent interpersonal skills
- An adaptable and flexible nature
- Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport
- Willing to undergo pre-screening recruitment checks
- Qualifications or demonstrated experience to support application
